Our Story

Founded in the spring of 2023, Pepper Paul grows over 420 rare chili pepper varieties from seeds collected worldwide, cultivated with care from seedling to full maturity. We transform these hot and super-hot peppers into premium sauces and chili jams, slowly fermented at constant temperature, never boiled and never preserved. Every recipe is refined through long fermentation and tested by true heat lovers, delivering clean, intense, perfectly balanced flavor.
